Campaign Manager
The Campaign Manager solution combines a website form, online database and a html email editing and scheduling package to produce a powerful solution for website owners to gain the benefits offered by email marketing.
Visitors have the ability to subscribe to a newsletter, special offers, etc, by completing and submitting a custom form on the website. Their details are submitted to the site and automatically receive an email containing a link which needs to be clicked to confirm their subscription to the service. This double opt-in approach then adds the visitor's details to an online database which can be accessed by the website owner through an online administration interface.
The database allows subscriber details to be viewed, amended or deleted. Subscriber details can also be added to the database manually.
To generate a list of users for an email campaign the website owner can make a selection using a series of user definable filters and then export the selected user details in the form of a text file.
This text file is imported into the email editor/scheduler to allow the campaign to be setup and sent.
