Content Manager
The Content Manager solution provides a highly flexible yet easy to use online interface that allows website owners to make updates to their website from an internet connected PC, anywhere in the world.
The solution is based on the highly successful Flexiweb platform which is unrivalled in providing access to advanced interactive functionality. This functionality can be accessed and managed through the same online interface, providing a single powerful management console for a business to control its online operations.

User Types
Content Manager provides a hierarchy of user types, each with differing levels of access or roles. The main user types are described below:

| Site Administrator
|
Has the ability to manage most aspects of a site including design elements, menus, users, products and pages including content (ie text and images).

| Site Builder
|
Has the ability to manage menus, users, products and pages including content (ie text and images).
|
| Site Editor
|
Has the ability to manage users, products and pages but can edit existing page content (ie text and images) only.
|
| Registered User (Levels 1 to 3)
|
A site visitor that has been allocated a unique user name and password allowing one of three levels of secure pages to be accessed via a "login" area.

| Subscribed User
|
This type of user has been added to the user database as someone who has subscribed to receive regular newsletters or special offer information. See Campaign Manager.

| Skilled Resource
|
This user type is currently used in a special purpose appointment request form used in Salon environments where the name of a specific stylist (ie skilled resource) can be selected when requesting an appointment.
