Description	This involves Flex4 in supplying both the design and build of the site using your chosen technology platform.	In this case Flex4 provides the design and converts this into a working site within the chosen CMS platform. The partner then adds the content for the client using the CMS page editor.	This applies where the partner provides the design in a suitable format and Flex4 build the site based on this design, using your chosen technology platform.	Where clients are unable to update an existing site a Flex4 partner is able to offer a cost-effective re-build of the site using either Flexiweb or your chosen CMS platform. Partners can then either provide an update service themselves or provide clients with content management system access.
