Professional Hosting

Flex4 provides site hosting on dedicated servers located in a professionally managed datacentre. Platforms available include MS Windows and Linux.

Unlike many datacentre operators what makes Flex4 hosting different is that we provide managed backup and restore of individual websites (Flexiweb sites only). This includes archiving of backups to ensure that site corruptions not reported immediately can still be recovered and returned to their original state.

Domain Name Services

We provide domain name services including both registration and transfers. POP3 email services are also included.

Copy Services

Flex4 employs talented copy writers, copy editors and proof readers, all with experience in handling copy for websites.

These services are included in our search engine marketing packages (except Bronze) but can be used to assist in the creation of sites where the creation of suitable copy can often delay the site build process.

WebStart

This unique service has been developed and proven by Flex4 over a number of years to counter the common issue of website project delays caused by clients who don't have either the skills, time or inclination to generate copy for a new site build. By combining copy writing services with search optimisation Flex4 can assist you to rapidly generate search engine friendly sites on behalf of your clients.

Site Updates

Flex4 offers a site update service to its customers through a dedicated updates@flex4.co.uk email address. Clients can carry out updates themselves either by accessing the content management platform or through the provision of FTP access.

Site Transfers and Re-builds

Where a prospective client requires outsourced management or optimisation work applying to an existing site, it is often easier and preferable to transfer the site to our servers. This may not be necessary if full FTP access to the existing server can be made available.

Benefits of site transfer and / or re-builds include:
